A beautiful 23.45m Dutch Barge on a mooring in Millwall Outer Dock.
The barge is in tip-top condition having had an out of water survey in December 2019. All work arising from the survey has been completed including extensive double plating of the hull. The barge has also been completely repainted top and bottom.
Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one currently a triple); an attractive saloon; a separate galley kitchen, a shower room; a lavatory with macerator toilet which automatically pumps out to shore when the tank is full and a cupboard holds a washing machine. There is oil fired central heating, LPG for cooking and broadband is available. There is a large attractive wheelhouse.
Millwall Outer Dock is an attractive mooring in a large body of water, with spectacular views of Canary Wharf, close to Crossharbour DLR and a 15 minute walk to Canary Wharf. Maritime Greenwich is a short walk away through a pedestrian tunnel.
The mooring is a leisure mooring with long established residential use, however rental of the mooring is by separate negotiation with the Canal and River Trust.
