YES !! This berth is available free !!!!!’ with the sale of the Vital Spark for over four years worth £40,000 in its self if your thinking of living aboard this is on beautiful Loch Fyne Scotland’s longest sea loch see the photo in accommodation section.
Please as much as I would love to talk puffers I have put my pride and joy “The Iconic Vital Spark “ built 1944 in Hull on the market due to a severe lack of time so can I ask only serous buyers please should make contact . Yes I will part exchange anything with an engine, watches property cash either way but no animals. Yes it’s the real Vital Spark the MCA certificate says so as does the Historic Ships Register Yes it’s off the key after major restoration works and will sail anywhere with little preparation . Yes the Vital Spark Scania 6 cyl engine is superb married up to a fully rebuilt gearbox as is the new Lister generator and a low hours Ford donkey engine .Yes the asking price wouldn’t come close to what has been spent on the restoration. Yes I want to sell it or it wouldn’t be advertised and the price is more than realistic so don’t bother with ridiculous offers for this 66ft long 18ft beam 8ft draft ship originally built to pass through canals. Yes the potential is endless even Air B&B, without leaving the pier at Inveraray Oban or Glasgow the choices are endless and of course the ultimate live aboard .Yes final works required to finish restoration. No I am not a grumpy Para Handy. No I am not hard to deal with. No proposal will be dismissed if realistic . No I am not retiring or skint I am looking to go boating after twelve years of restoration on the Vital Spark and will buy a Trawler flybridge type of vessel or part exchange and yes I will throw in Paras cap in the sale . Now here is the icing on the cake over 4 years free berthing on the current berth at Inveraray Pier on the beautiful Loch Fyne Scotland’s longest sea Loch. You can also look at a recent filming job where the Vital Spark was chartered by Sky TV for the programme Landscape Artist of the year. Please do get in touch thanks
