Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Dry Lunch, a well built widebeam on a secure residential mooring. Dry Lunch offers good sized accommodation, a quality finish, but now needs some attention to the external paint work and internal woodwork, and is very much priced with this in mind.
Built in 2005, Dry lunch has only had 2 owners from new, with the Beta Marine engine only having done 40 hours in this time.
Entrance is through the unusually shaped but spacious wheelhouse, that offers panoramic views and comfortable navigation. A short flight of stairs leads down to the main accommodation. This has been beautifully finished, and is incredibly light and airy. The galley has a butler sink, gas oven, hob and grill, and has hardwood worktops and units. The good sized saloon comes furnished, and there is a multi fuel burner that acts as a lovely focal point whilst also enhancing the full gas fired central heating system.
From the saloon there is short hallway, with a toilet and hand basin to one side, and a half size bath and shower plus hand basin on the other side. Forward from this is a good sized double cabin, with built in bed, plenty of storage, and doors that lead out to a small front deck area. The Alde boiler is also housed in this room.
Externally Dry Lunch needs the roof and front deck painting, although all other paintwork appears in good order. Internally, there is some work needed on the woodwork around some of the windows, apart from this the accommodation appears in very good order throughout.
The Beta Marine BV 2203 has had very little use. Accessed through hatches in the wheelhouse, it appears in excellent condition and runs smoothly.
Overall Dry Lunch is a lovely example of its kind, ideal for exploring the inland waterways of the UK, and can be a comfortable, spacious and easily maintainable home.
